Detailed Description:
Institute dynamic supply contracts. When contracts are created between corporations and other corporations, or between corporations and countries, it is possible to set a percentage of monthly consumption as the contracted amount of goods. This dynamic number would mean that the corporation would have a dynamic reservation of goods based on the demand for that month. For instance, if someone contracts an Electric company to supply 100% of a country's power, then every month the contract would be dynamically updated to attempt to fill the monthly consumption of power. This would reduce the constant adjustment that is required to contracts based on population growth or productivity gains as a result of wage increases.

We plan an upgrade of the contract system, both bilateral and local and common market contracts. This issue is a high priority.
