Detailed Description:
I propose that members of a common market be REQUIRED to sell a certain percentage of their products on the common market. This percentage can be determined by the creator of each common market and then be voted on later (if a change is desired).
This serve a few different purposes.
1. It will make the option of join a common market more (or less) appealing depending on the amount required (by that individual market.
2. It will ensure that EVERYONE that joins the market is actually participating by selling some of their products. The way it is now a CEO or President can purchase products at a reduced price but has to offer nothing in return.
3. Common market membership would be more competitive. One market may require only a 10% offering...but the player will see that they may have to purchase more products on the open market. Another might require a 60% sell rate...but the player would have the assurance that they would be more likely to get the amounts of products they need.
Vote "YES" if you want to see individual common markets make selling a certain (member defined) percentage of products an (automatic) requirement for joining.
Vote "no" if you like being ripped off by people who join but offer nothing in return.
