Detailed Description:
i think its an abomination that you can buy countries for gold coins and then turn around and not be able to send anything of what you need to your original countries(money, people, etc) my proposal.....effecting a rule change that will let players do what they want with what they own... ya know like in the free world....i dont think it should matter what world you are on you spent the coins and you should be able to do what you want with it... whos with me

W3Creative reaction:
In the free world you don't move millions of people around from one country to another. If you want people and game money, don't buy a country. You can much cheaper, get several millions of people on the cash market, (probably less than 30 gold coins) and some game money and you end up at much less than the 100 gold coins for a country with little money and 5 million people.
There so much abuse of these options that we had no choice but to try and keep all countries in an empire in reasonable conditions, as is the case in the free world.
Buy a country only if you want an empire and do not want war.
We are introducing more functionality that will make it very profitable to develop countries and build them into great assets. When that becomes a major advantage with more possibilities to trade such assets, we will remove many of these limitations because economic logic will prevent the abuse we have seen before.
