Detailed Description:
Ok so if a president controlled country attacks another president controlled country and both countries seem to be unable to take down the other and if the attacking nation ask for peace the defending nation should be able to ask for reparations in money or goods to rebuild what the attacker destroyed. vote yes if you agree vote no if you don't and message me why.

Countries may agree between them about conditions to stop a war. In general, war is part of the risk in the game and the cost to the attacker is very high. This kind of situations are rare and priority should be given to the new war engine that will create a much improved war game.
