Detailed Description:
It's a sad state of affairs when we are offered the opportunity to vote to give xx country xx trillions of SC$ before any discussion can happen.
I suggest that on the voting page, there be a comment section that would allow those people interested to be able to discuss the resolution before voting. In this way people can bring forth to the table to tell the real story of why their country has 75+ corporations but are only "now" trying to get them back into the green, then others can comment on it to try to pursuade or disuade the nations into voting yay or nay.
Vote Yes below if you would like to see a comments section that appears on the voting pages of the security council that everybody can use to fully discuss any issues that need voting on.
Vote No below if you don't wish to have a comment section appear and be usable on the voting pages of the security council.
The discussion system would be purely optional, if you don't wish to comment on any proposals, you can simply vote yes or no, and likewise if you wish to comment on the proposal before you vote then you should have the option to do so if the developers of this simulation were to build this in.
Yes to have a comments section available for optional use on any security council voting pages
No to not have a comments section available for optional use on any security council voting page.
45 gamers voted for the proposal.
8 gamers voted against the proposal.
