W3Creative reaction: We are not going to reintroduce strategic weapons for new players because this causes a lot of instability in the worlds. For example big (paying) players getting nuked by players that just started and don???t give a damn about their country. Strategic weapons are meant to be handled with caution, like they are in the real world. So if you still want to nuke a country become a full member.
