Detailed Description:
We should have the option to upgrade our military like we upgrade our corporation. So we can use less military but still fight at the same fighting strength as a large army could. Meaning using the same way we use to upgrade our corporations with: -Effectivity upgrade to limit your numbers and -Quality how good your fighting force will operate.
