Detailed Description:
The salaries of government employees does NOT have a total at the bottom of the column. You have to dig out a c a calculator to figure this. I propose that W3Creative automate this for us and add a "TOTAL" line at the bottom. By doing so it will help us estimate the budget needed for Government.
