Detailed Description:
All right this has been asked for before, and has not been add for what reason I do not know. Give us the power to lower country corps cash held to 30b like we all ready have in ceo's. Reason why to make it easier paying back loans as the easy way is to max out cash in all corps, and pay back the loans then lower the remaining cash to 30b.With out having to have 70 b left in all corps. Other wise make it when set are cash for all corp let it add in the fact for loan all ready taken. Vote yes if you agree with this and would like to see this done asap vote no to keep it the way it is.

We will add an option that makes it possible to transfer cash from all corporations to the country, leaving a level of NET cash with a minimum of 30B. Net cash is cah less loans so if loans are at 40B, minimum cash will be 70B.
