Should'nt we have criminal organizations like mafias and terrorists? so players could chose to be that instead of presidents or CEO's, it would give more cooperation between countries if we had to fight crime and terrorism. then add products like illegal arms and narcotics. presidents should decide whether it is legal in their country, or not.
