Detailed Description:
Last time I proposed federation rankings and it was accepted and w3c said that it is going to be implemented along with a better federation page.
I propose - Systems of alliances between federations. Call them coalitions or call them whatever you want , federations share resources in case of wars. It would make it much more realistic and would also give a new option to the messaging page: Send a new message to all the members of my alliance/coalition/or whatever. It would change the war system a bit but it would make it much more realistic. And much more hard in cases of federations vs federations wars.
Please vote yes for my proposal. If you feel just like voting and don't like it, at least please don't vote no and just leave it be.

Federations are not alloud to grow beyond some size to make it more difficult for an all powerful federation that will be able to take over everything. We are planning a feature that will allow any two countries and specially countries in the same federation to lend military units to each other. We could create alliances between federations that will result in easier movement of forces between them.
The planned feature will include logistics and will require transport capabilities to move the troops and their equipment.
