Detailed Description:
I log on, all of my countries and enterprises are lowered in all worlds and trashed because of reaching #1 in ONE world. I propose that ONLY the country or enterprise reaching #1 be penalized, not ALL owned.

This vote is based on an error and does not make sense. NONE of the countries is trashed. There is no damage to any country what so ever. The countries are just removed from the top list into the hall of fame to make space to other players. All countries are being move because it is easy to move resources from one country to another and win additional awards while we want to allow other PLAYERS no only other countries to win awards.
