It is easy to move the goods to the country (enterprise) before closing it. The money that is paid for them will reduce the debt of the closing corporation or increase its cash balance. The money will transfer back to the country (or enterprise) when the corporation is closed.
The country (or enterprise) can move the raw materials to other corporations in the country of sell them on the market.
