Detailed Description:
At the moment there is a limit of 50,000 managers etc. per month that can be demoted to workers within a country.
Therefore the larger your country, the more this limitation penalizes you.
I would like to see the limitation changed to a percentage of your population rather than a fixed number. For example, if it was set at 0.05%, then a country of 10M population could demote 50,000 per month, but a country of 100M population could demote 500,000 per month.
Please vote yes if you would like to see the limitation changed to a percentage. Vote no to keep it the way it is.

The 50.000 figure in a single month is in fact trivializing the education system. We do not think that the numbers should increase. In addition, we have recently improved the natural move of workers and professionals between groups which reduced the need for manual conversions.
