Detailed Description:
Quite recently the number of people in the army were - unannounced - increased. We could reduce the size of our army, but then we would have problems with maintaining our current level. Let alone hitting higher levels. So I think it's very reasonable to ask that the def requirements should be reduced with at least 50%. Vote "YES" to lower the def requirements, vote "NO" to keep this insane paradox alive.

The size of the army depends on the number of weapons it has, mainly the active weapons. We plan a reduction of the numbers but the way to increase the army power is by also increasing your population.
