Detailed Description:

Propose that W3C implement an option that will permit a President/CEO to automatically fill critical shortages to corps when the supply level reaches a zero stored supply level from the Country/Enterprise strategic supplies (if available). The President/CEO can then pre-set to automatically fill the shortage from the strategic reserves for a one, two or three month level. This will prevent a corp. from shutting down due to commodity shortages and will positively affect the world supply of related supply levels. Please vote YES for this automatic critical supply replenishment option. Thank you.
