Detailed Description:
I think it would benefit all of us, if we were able to set a "quota" for how much of each supply (optional) we want our countries to maintain. For example: If you have a 50 million population country, and are under fear of boycotts, then you could go to the services page and set the "quota" for services not to fall below 800Million in stock. If someone boycotts you, and you aren't in a common market, at least this would allow you some time before your country goes into shortages.
