Detailed Description:
Being a CEO it's not always that easy to find a country with enough employees. What do you think about adding a link 'See list of voluntary countries' under 'You can search for a country'. In the settings countries would be able to volunteer for new corporations. Only one simple condition: they must have unemployed workers of each type. That way CEO's will find easier good countries and countries could build up their economy faster. This may be interesting for new players or for conquered countries with few corporations left. To make sure the volunteering countries have enough workers after some time they have to reconfirm their volunteering status every 2 game years. This feature makes sense but there is a limit to what can be built. Instead of building new corporations, purchase existing corporations from the "Four Seasons" enterprise. This is where corporations go when an enterprise is terminated. There are many corporations producing nearly everything and these corporations can be purchased with no delay.
