Detailed Description:
Currently the growth of empires becomes erratic after a certain point, and this penalizes long term players of the game. However, it is recognized that if vet players becomes too big it will be detrimental to newer players. I believe it is possible to help protect newer players without penalizing vets at the same time. The way to do this is by implementing a logarithmic growth curve which has steep, rapid growth at the beginning for small countries and new players and gradually tapers off until it is very small once a country becomes very large. This would allow players to continue growing, although with greater difficulty, and it will still aid new players without penalizing anyone. Vote yes to implement a logarithmic growth curve.

There is no growth curve as a factor in growth. Growth depends on many factors. When you suggest slower growth for larger players, it should be translated into all the factors that are part of this growth.
Example: Population growth is much faster for smaller countries than for larger ones. This has a tempering influence on growth in large countries. There are many more such factors and currently, small countries can grow much faster than larger ones.
