Detailed Description:
Currently there are only military airports yet there also exist civilian/commercial airports which are built on completely different lines from military airports (no hardened shelters etc). These airports increase industry, allow access to markets much further afield and so on. They should be included.
Solution: Include Civilian and Commercial airports which affect transportation index, country happiness (your workers can go to foreign lands for vacations), business and trade index as executives can quickly reach other places to make deals, and would generate tourism trade. Should these be included? Yes or No?

This is a misunderstanding. There are of course civilian airports. Each Air Transport corporation has an airport. You can also see these airports on the map of your country (if you have Air Transport corporations).
