you should be able to buy parts of other peoples land for gold coins.like if somebody was willing to give up half of there land for 30 gold coins.

Although this poll is rejected, we are in the process of setting up country areas as estates. Many of the estates are occupied with a city or a factory, some are free and some can have multiple objects.
Our intention is to give these estates an economical function in the game. They can be used to set up all kinds of facilities or assets and may be used as assets in the future.
The war process will be updated to allow the movements of the army between these estates.
