Detailed Description:
Time is money, and I feel that if you want to spent time managing a 10+ country Empire, then go ahead and do so. I would love to see a police force that will defend countries from criminals (rebels). To compensate or deter Presidents from having x amount of countries. The Police Force should require much attention and resources.. like transportation, health, and Education. Citizens can also give some more taxes to balance the cost. Maybe we can go as far as hiring those unemployed workers (no matter what type) to work in different cities. Then if the necessary force is not sufficient in that city, the rebels will have an easier target. Vote No if you love them rebels, or Vote YES if you want a Police Force to keep them at bay.

This is very close to the way we see it and plan to add to the game. We would like to add it quickly although there are several high priority items. Will be added ASAP.
