Detailed Description:
Why not allow the automatic acceptance of worker exchanges when proposed between countries belonging to the same empire. Presidents who own multiple countries shouldn't have to log in to each country to accept worker exchanges from within their own empire. Vote yes to allow automatic acceptance, vote no to keep clicking.
