World War 2 on WG (White Giant)

W3 has now fallen. It is now 2 countries lost on both side. For EC, he is down 2 countries.

I'm not in war protection and don't plan on using it.

I'm happy to negotiate the terms of a continued war; however, there needs to be someone on your side who speaks for everyone on your side.

I have no intention of keeping any prize from stripping you; I intend to return the full proceeds from any countries I gain to those victimized by you four bullies.

As a starting sign to show that you are negotiating in good faith, I ask you take all your countries (except your secure main) out of war protection. After the same is done for your allies, and you agree to speak as one, negotiations can begin in earnest.

If you seek the up the terms as me leaving WG, then I expect you to up the terms and agree that (1) all 4 of you players will leave WG, (2) you will never come back.

In terms of 4v4, there are more than 4 players currently in war or preparing for war on my side. Given that you had months to prepare, I see no need on my side to agree to limit future participants. You 4 have larger armies than all SNAPP combined. Therefore it is you 4 against whomever chooses to fight. You had surprise, and I've keep some surprise in keeping some assets in reserve. That is an equal fight.

You 4 verse me and whomever else fights. If you win, I leave. If my allies and I win, you 4 leave. No war protection. First side with no one left fighting loses.

W2 has now fallen.

So far w1, w2, and w3 has fallen from EC. Ec has gained 0 countries in return for the 3 he lost.

Brutus and Orbiter each took a country.

Total score 3 - 2 so far.

It may not appear to be a floor-mopping when said that way. However, they clearly UNDER PLANNED what was needed.

Their air defense is broken in this area. Once again, if anyone wants to join in, feel free. It is easy pickings. Their plan has failed, and they have no back-up.

I will add that I have a level of new-found respect for Orbiter willing to agree to leave WG if he loses (assuming terms can be worked out).

We are fighting for a Safe WG. We want 1 world that is safe from bullies and raiders. We want that world to be WG.

Anyone else who would like to join the fight to make WG a safe-haven world, please feel welcome. Bullies must leave WG or remove their militaries. Repayment should be made to victims, and it should be safe for them to rebuild.

After this war is won, WG will be safe again.

4- bullies. I have over 500T in my direct trading account and over 2,000 gold coins. Rebuilding for me is not a problem. I'm sure you guys have more...but my point is that win or lose, I'm not really going to be hurt all that bad. I'm sure the same is true for each of you.

What I want is for WG to be a peace world. I think there should be one that is primarily peacefull, as WG has traditionally been.

If you 4 leave, that will be big progress towards that, and towards having a world build on cooperation, rather than conflict. There are several other worlds you can fight on; leave this one alone.

Until you leave, you'll find your time here unprofitable.... this war will be the start of the return of peace on WG.

Chrysostom - I think you are getting a bit beyond yourself here and frankly you're really starting to piss me off. These players are all my friends (except Brutus, don't know him) and when I got home from a mini-vacation this weekend on Sunday night and saw your post in the general forums the first thing I did was post asking what the situation was. I'm not going to pass judgement on anything I do not have any knowledge of. I then saw this thread and the BS being spewed in it, asked that the BS stop and asked for you to contact me directly if you wanted some help working through the situation.

I had no idea about anything to do with this war and was just as surprised by it as you were because there is no Mob on WG so there is no leader of the Mob on WG and these are independent players who make there own choices and don't need to clear them through me. Throwing out more BS about how I'm saying something because they are 'losing' is ridiculous and baseless.

I have no intent to get involved in this war but I'm not going to bargain with you about a name, and posting and threatening and whatever other crap you're coming up with. You've got no standing to make demands of me, I tried to help you and you decided to be an ass about it and then make demands of me...and it's because you actually think you're winning that war.

On that note, you really need to consider what you are doing and just how successful you've been, you're taking c3's that were put together in a day and losing countries that are built and full of assets. I'm not sure that you understand the nature of c3 warfare (which by the way I completely do not support and was one of the reasons I wanted to help you work out a deal) but anyway, these players can just continue to take c3 after c3 and drain you completely, these aren't idiots you're fighting against. These people do know what they are doing so if I was you, I would first reconsider what you are calling 'victory', second reconsider who it is you're calling names and third whether you should accept peace as they have nothing to lose while you have everything. It's not often that you get peace offerings from people with nothing at stake.

A serious question. What possible incentive do I have to make peace? None. They will just attack me again later, or someone else will.

The only way for me to have peace is to form a coalition of players willing to join together and fight against bullies who attack. Sort of like what federations do.

WGC was attacked and that federation lost more members and countries after the war was over than during it. They face constant threats, and cannot build safely.

I have no desire to play like that. I'd rather fight now and lose all my countries or drive away the bullies.

Well Chrysostom, that is actually not true. Is WGC being attacked right now? They aren't, if they say they'll give you peace, I'd take them at their word. They are not liars and if you will accept my assistance this time I will offer my services should *either* side fail to enforce their side of a peace deal. I'm not stacked on WG at this time, however these guys are my friends plus they know what I can do and I'm probably the last person they want to be fighting against at this point.

I have already had a conversation with EC and I let him know that I didn't like the overall strategy that was in place. If he had a personal issue with you then he should have taken it up 1 v 1 out of WP, if you brought in people to support then he could have done so as well. EC is a very good guy and just like any of us he gets a bit overzealous from time to time. I don't know the complete backstory of how every person got involved but I've made my opinion clear that if the intention was just to fight you then bringing 4 people and using c3's was wrong and an unfair expectation.

You don't know me or these guys, if you want to follow the forum spew instead of speaking directly then what results is a big clusterf*ck because *certain* people instigate and cause problems which keeps everyone on edge. As soon as I was finally able to speak to someone who had knowledge of the situation it was too late, but my intention from the beginning was to figure out what was going on and see if I could help, because people wanted to complain and call names instead of communicating, this is where it ends up.

Anyway, I strongly believe in peace treaties and have more than one time stepped in to make sure they were enforced. If you can strike a treaty with those guys, then post it here or send it to me directly and I'll do whatever I can to make sure it is enforced.

As far as someone else attacking you, I suppose that is possible, but isn't that always possible regardless of what happens here? If anything you've had a pretty strong showing against some respected war players, I wouldn't think this situation would make you more likely to be decd in the future. As far as a coalition of players, a federation, that is exactly what you should have, everyone who is at all interested in playing the war game should join or build a federation...it's the best way to defend yourself and the best way to learn more about the game.
