Request for NLUO to investigate member rudeness and provocation

Lord lee has been asked by President Crafty to correct the functioning of his CEO corps in my countries. The corp wages are too low to maintain full hiring in many instances. This causes me problems with my employment figures and causes Lord Lees corps to lose money, so reducing my income from hosting his corps. Against popular perception, CEO corps will actual pay zero CRU if they lose enough money consistently.

Lord Lee has been messaged as per the general accepted etiquette of the game, with the request for him to improve their performance. All I received in reply was, quote "From: AAA1

A rather rude abrupt reply I'm sure you will agree. Lord Lee was informed perviously that if he thought he couldnt do anything about his corps then I would have to remedy the situation myself. I'm sure you realise this means nationalising said corps as I see fit.

So, rather than just do what I normally would, which is proceed in my own way, having fufilled my obligation to Lord Lee, I now give the NLUO a chance to show their justice system in operation. I ask them to acertain the facts and advise their member Lord Lee to co-operate with my request by raising salaries (it wouldnt take much of a rise), closing or moving the corps, should they agree that I have asked through he proper channels first. If Aqua were then to refuse cooperation I would expect NLUOs full support in my manner of addressing the problem by nationalisng the offending corps.

May I ask what are the salaries being used?

Not really Wendy, it's not relevant. Suffice to say they are too low for the countries the corps reside in.

I will say that I give welfare over 110 even 120 in all countries. All other Ceos (except maybe yourself and wild occasionally) manage just fine, with profitable corps.

I feel Aqua is just being awkward for the sake of a 10 - 15 rise in salary. It would also improve his profitability. Of course, it's his choice, but then he should just move the corps or close them. If you can think of a way to do it, I would even refund his cost of moving the corps.

Ok I tried. Nationalize them if you want to. If you cannot say what the salary levels that you are complaining about then why even claim that to be the problem?

Please, Sweetpea, I think I have played enough to know what causes under-hiring. Any corp has to pay a competetive salary. It's even in the game documents for new players.

Would you be the person within NLUO executive that should be looking into this?

Also, with respect, your personal opinion on the running of corps is not in question here. I expect you to treat the matter without influence of your own opinion of how they should be run.

Lowest performers in this case mean salaries vs/production levels.

Lowest in this instance means lowest salaries.

Oddly enough the lower salaried corps are actually the most profitable. Don't believe me, go look for yourselves.

So, after a brief moment of reflection, it is my recommendation that Lee actually lower his salaries in order to raise the profits/CRU he contributes to Crafty.

I'm still thinking CRU is tied to salary, and if this is indeed the case, it appears CC's needs to take up this issue with more than just Lee, especially since I noted only a single corp that Lee owns performing at the production level that Josias, Keto's and Beast/Ambien's levels, being the case for upwards of 20 or more corps in the various countries listed.

Crafty. Don't you think you are being a little anal in your request, just for your numbers sake. I mean no disrespect as I do know you are a heavy hitter on LU. I just think that you are not being unreasonable in your request just anal. Also, if you all were not hostile to the NLUO from the start, King Lord Lee might have possibly humored you and raised the salaries. This is pure speculation,but it is very possible. I do appreciate your diplomatic posture, and your very eloquent stance on this issue. I tip my crown to you for that sir. Very dignified. I don't think King Lord Lee will change on that issue. Also we have a debate on the issue going on right now at the site. So, as the government, we are doing our part in helping you get what you want out of the issue, but it takes the cooperation of King Lord Lee. Also if it comes out that there is a majority who agree with King Lord Lee, would you be willing to accept the outcome of the matter?

What exactly does this mean? Does this mean that if the majority of nations in NLUO agree upon a certain matter then those who disagree or who are not NLUO have to accept that decree?

If the None government official is coming to a government official about an issue with another government official. It is the responsibility of that official to bring the issue up on the floor in the government. It should be debated, and voted on. Now. If the government's majority says King Lord Lee is not subject to raise the Salaries. The none government official's issue was taken up voted on, and this should satisfy the none government official. typically it does not satisfy them if it does not go their way.

First of all they are not a 'NONE' government official. By your definition you would be a 'NONE' government official from the perspective of many many LU pres who are not NLUO.
