Yah pretty much what laguna said, terms as to how it's done and how long to comply (in some instances depending on the country) are negotiable however the base terms are not.

So if you still wish to talk, it can be arranged otherwise there won't be much to talk about.

Well if everyone pops a little message on here, we know everyone is informed. If you can get yourside to check in or you can on their behalf if you have spoken to them already.

Guys, as it stands right now we do NOT have an agreement for a ceasefire or have any negotiations started.

I generally attempt to allow people the benefit of doubt in these situations until proven they cannot be trusted.

Therefore I personally, will keep the fights going using one weapon at a frequency designed to keep the wars going with countries I am interested in at this time. There shouldn't be much if any damage from these attacks.

I won't do this for long but a it should be long enough for all interested parties to state intentions.

War declarations may even continue as they where timed to take place anyway. So far Vali hasn't seen any real problem with the basic stance we hold for letting the fight go so, I really see no real problems unless negotiations fall through completely.

In which case we are all no better or worse off than the current situations. If an accord is reached it's easy enough to let the wars expire.

Well I guess Laguna didn't think truce was possible.

I'll do what I said for a short time, but it seems the basis for everyone's hesitation to stop is that 3M has been declaring by "mistake" for quite some time.

I've some experience with people doing that in the past so I can't argue against thier logic for continuing and, quite honestly going by what I'm told by my allies I'm not sure I want to.

Maybe it's possible to work this out, maybe not but either way 3M needs to realize there is a group of players out there that don't believe in "mistakes".

Beside even though I stated my intentions I guess my opponet didn't and wants to continue so may as well figure for now at least even my part of the deal is off
