Yankee, smokes is not in 3ms. What he choses to do is up to him. I cant tell other players what to do any more than you can.
I nor the 3ms have broken our agreement.

SirSmokesAlot esp. even named his country "give me time to withdraw" while shoving in military and only changed it to rouge nation when he began attacking. The truce agreement YOU negotiated and HE agreed to gave him that opportunity.

Granted he didn't last long enough to bother me much and I did end up with alot more military from him than I would have gotten in a C3 and I would have taken that country eventually.

Anyone that doesn't take a hand in what I do next, will more than likely not be involved. However this instance only proves what everyone was telling me beforehand.

If these people ever show up in 3M or a 3M affilated federation then 3M will bear the brunt of harboring them. Until then just know I don't believe you or anyone else in 3M controls that fed which means in any future conflict there is nothing to talk about.

I negotiated for 3 seperate federations, and everyone involved had to this point done what I said they would.

So yes it's obvious I can tell other people to do, and it's probably the reason they are my allies. Laguna, bobo or Jason could have negotiated a binding truce, so yes THEY too can tell people what to do.

SSA didn't even let the current wars expire from the last conflict, they are one and the same, so excuse me if you don't see things from my point of view.

I didn't like the truce; if you were paying attention or kept a log you'll see I didn't explicitly agree to it and voiced some objections. Nevertheless, I had my chance to say "no", and didn't, and Vali had authority to negotiate on our behalf, so I accepted it. I've kept to the terms of the truce. I notice Yankee sent a nuke over 3 months after the truce, but I also see it was after Smokes' actions so it is understandable and I won't consider it a violation of the truce.

Smokes entered chat at the tail end of truce talks. He didn't agree to anything. Everyone left before he had a chance to agree or disagree. He expressed his dissatisfaction within our fed chat and we tried to calm him down. He left the fed and went rogue, his term. Actually his term was rouge, but I really don't think he's walking around with makeup on right now. Anyway, this puts 3M members in a difficult position. Smokes is still our fed brother. Others will see him that way whatever we say. If he succeeds militarily we can't even really join him without violating the spirit of the truce. Those who have had dealings with me in the past know, I hope, that I strive to be an honorable hun. I enjoy deceptions within the game, but consider negotiations to be outside that. Loss of integrity is worse than loss of assets. Smokes' leaving was not part of anyone's plan, except for possibly Smokes himself.

3M is Andy's fed and it's no secret that without him we are a bit chaotic. We're a bunch of guys who don't like to be told what to do. Our strength is our weakness. Andy enjoys fighting but is also a good diplomat, intra and inter fed. Andy will be back soon. Aryan and Red Dragon too, btw.

Actually Jo Jo I didn't like or even want the truce myself. Mostly because everyone was being left in a position to "come back soon".

Vali kept asking and while I do enjoy fighting, I really don't enjoy taking something someone has worked long and hard on. Hunnish Pride was a good country too good to be stripped but I also do not give back something I've had to take.

And you are correct I fired on Brunswick when SirSmokes alot tried to ram 100 or so units across my border, once it was obvious Brunswick wasn't taking a hand in the fight I never followed up.

And as far as Andy being a "good diplomat", I would have to differ with you on that aspect. I had no contact with him this go however, last time he kept contradicting his previous messages with every new one.

Even Vali suffered from that problem however, vali was in what I considered a unique position. The countries he had in the war (that I was aware of) where from auto decs and were not part of the original players that declared on dub so by applying "leaway" it was my opinion he was dealing with a "clouds of war" situation.

Diplomats that cannot be trusted aren't and become increasingly less effective as time marches on.

You've made it plain in your post you have no intention of ever standing down and named several of your allies with similar lines of thought.

Roving gangs are something I'm well experienced in dealing with though my years in SC and unfortunetly they all seem to have one common factor. Members who do not like to be "told what to do".

All eventually had to deal with being "told" were they would even be allowed to survive. That has got to be a blow to someone's pride, but when they bring it on themselves, I can't have much sympathy.

Some left the game, a few didn't however those that stayed and actually built an empire effected a radical change in personality.

Maybe you guys are different and can force the issue, only time will tell. As for me I need a enemy to keep me from becoming lax so anyone targeting me may actually be doing me an off hand favor.

how long does it take to remove assets. it has 9mil pop he wouldnt risk a lot of cash in it or weapons like the name it was a launch site. it should not take long.

Maybe, he didn't had enough time to finish the stripping.
