Manual Cash Transfers | Manual cash transfers are used to move funds from the country into corporations it owns. The cash is used by the corporations to improve their financial situation by paying for raw materials and paying back corporate loans. Cash transfers can save state and national corporations from bankruptcy. In general, corporations should be able to pay their way and pay taxes. They may need cash in their initial period, and supporting them is a good idea if cash is available in the country. Paying back corporate loans can reduce the cost of the corporation and increase its profitability.
Manual Hiring Level | You can set the required hiring level for all corporations at once. It is a number between 0 and 100% of the maximum hiring capacity of the corporations and it also depends on the upgrade level of the corporations. Manually setting of the hiring level does not guarantee that all corporations will indeed comply with the requested percentage. The actual hiring level depends on the previous level (hiring levels cannot change very fast as it is not realistic in real corporations) and they depend on the availability of workers and raw materials that are needed in the production process.
Manual Production Level | You can set the production level for all corporations at the same level. The production level is a number between 0 and 100% of the production capacity of the corporations. Manually setting of the production levels does not guarantee that all corporations will indeed comply with the requested percentage. The actual production levels depend on the previous levels (production levels cannot change very fast as it is not realistic in real corporations), they also depend on the availability of workers and raw materials that are needed in the production process.

Market Situation | Some products are in short supply on the world market and some may have production surpluses. It is important to know what the market situation is as it has a profound influence on the price of products and the possibility to sell them. Green means over supply. Red means a shortage. Exact numbers of oversupply or shortage can be seen on the market page which is part of the trading system in Simcountry.
Market Value | This is the value of the corporation based on the total price of all the shares of the corporation. The market value of a corporation is calculated as the value of one share multiplied by the number of shares. Market value will increase if the corporation is making a profit. The higher the profit, the higher the market value of the corporation will be. Large loans can reduce the market value of corporations because loans carry interest which represents an additional cost for the corporation and reduces the profit.
Market Value of Owned Corporations | This is the value of the corporation on the market. It is based on the number of shares outstanding and the price per share. Multiplying the share price by the number of shares, gives an idea of the market value.
Material Supply Level | This column shows the supply level of all the raw materials the corporation uses. It shows several numbers that refer each to a raw material used by the corporation and the supply level of that material by the contracts the corporation already has. If these numbers are smaller than 100, it means that the corporation did not contract all the materials it needs and will have to purchase some of the materials on the products market. Clicking on the numbers, will show details of the corporation raw materials and the contracts it has in place. The numbers can sometimes become larger than 100. This means that more materials have been contracted than the corporation needs and it may accumulate these products.
Materials Purchased | This is the cost of material, mainly consumption goods that were purchased by the country for use by the population. This should not be seen as government cost. It is purchased for the population and is paid for by the population.
Materials Purchased on the Market | This is the amount of money spent when buying products on the market. These materials are purchased by the enterprise and can be used later to deliver to the enterprise corporations or they can be sold back to the market when the enterprise CEO wants to cash back on these products.
Materials Sold | This is the income from sales of materials that are sold by the country to others. It is not government income. The materials were paid for by the government and this is a compensation for sales of such materials to others.
Materials Sold on the Market | This is the amount of money received for the sale of materials or products on the market. These products were owned by the enterprise and are now sold on the market.
Materials Used | This is the value of all the materials that where used by the corporation for the production process. Corporations use raw materials they buy on the market or through direct contracts. The cost of the materials depends on how much is used by the corporation, the market price of the products and the quality. High quality materials cost more but result in higher quality output that can be sold for a higher price.
Maximum population transfer | This is the maximum number of people that can be transferred to another country for Gold Coins. This number is in fact fixed to one million people in one transfer. Multiple transfers are possible.
Maximum Production Capacity Per Month | This is the total production capacity of the corporation. A corporation that works at 100% capacity will produce this amount of product. Many corporations do not work at 100% capacity and produce less. Corporations that have all the raw materials they need and the workers they need, will produce at full capacity and may even produce more if salaries in the corporation are at a high level.
Medium Level Manager | Medium level managers are the second group of managers in the work force in all corporations. Their numbers will increase when a corporation is upgrading its efficiency. Medium level managers under 50 year old are also hired into the army and become officers. When the army is growing, the need for officers will cause many medium level managers to go to the army and can cause major difficulties in the industry. When corporations do not have these professionals, they will reduce or stop production altogether. Tune your education to produce the numbers you need for both the army and the industry.
Medium Level Manager Education Priority | This is the education priority for Medium Level managers. Medium Level Managers are employed in all types of corporations and they are also hired by the army to become officers. If you increase the size of your army and you purchase many weapons, make sure you have large numbers of medium level managers. Officers serve in the army up to the age of 50.
Medium Level Worker | Medium level workers are a large group in the work force in all corporations. They are more experienced than low level workers and their salaries are slightly higher. When corporations are upgrading their efficiency, many medium level workers are replaced by much smaller numbers of higher levels workers and managers.
Medium Level Worker Education Priority | Medium Level Workers do not have any education priority. It is assumed that workers gain quality through experience and in time, go from low level, to medium level and then, many move on to become high level workers. MLW are a certain percentage of the population. If you see large shortages of MLW, you can use the conversion function and change the profession of some workers into MLWs. This could be done if you have too many engineers, or teachers etc.

Minimum amount of Game Money you want in return | This is the amount of game money you want in return for the gold coins you offer. The higher the better of course for you but putting a large number means that the offer of gold coins may not be accepted. If no one wants to bid the minimum amount of game money you have requested, the deal will not materialize. You are however free to accept offers for lower amounts if you wish. You must accept manually. Automatic acceptance will only take place when the bidding period is passed and there is an offer for at least the amount you requested. If this is not the case, the automatic procedure will reject the offers and the transaction will not take place.
Minimum Cash Market Price | This is the initial price you are requesting for the population transfer.
