Offensive Land Forces
Offensive land forces are use in army units or they are based in an offensive military base. Offensive weapons can be purchased only if at least one offensive military base is available in the country.
The forces include Heavy Tanks, Heavy Artillery, Armed Vehicles (not the same as used for defense) and heavy Jeeps. These too have their ammunition and are capable of attacks against a neighboring country only.
Military units that include land based offensive weapons can attack any enemy targets if these targets are within range of the army unit and if they have all the ammunition and supplies that are needed for the unit to operate.
Attacks can take place close to the country borders or at a very large distance from your own country as long as the units are sufficiently supplied.
