Garrison supplies in peace time
Countries can have a large number of garrisons and keeping these garrisons supplied requires supply units. Garrisons are now resupplied automatically, each game month, using supplies if available, from the country stocks. This function is only active in countries that are not involved in war.
This automation feature reduces the number of supply units that are needed in a country in peace time. Once the country is in war, garrisons are supplied by the supply units the country has. Please make sure you have a sufficient number of supply units or add some if you see shortage messages in your newspaper in war time.
