Detailed Description:
I think we should be able to change managers from high to medium or to low. for example if you need low level managers but you got a lot of unemployed high and medium level managers you should be able to change them into low level managers. or low,and medium level managers to high level managers. as long as you got unemployed managers you should able to change their rank. this should also apply to regular workers. like the high, medium,and low level workers. it would be like promotions, and demotions like in the real world. vote yes for more realistic,and sensable workers and managers changing proffesions. or vote no to keep it the same and have a higher index of unemployment.
