Detailed Description:
I think that we should be able to change one level worker for another level worker. For Example, if you had 60,000 unemployed low level workers but you need medium level workers, then I think that you should be able to change the low level workers to medium level ones. Vote YES if you would like to be able to change the different level workers or vote NO if you would not like this option. Thank You.

We might do this on Fearless Blue. The proposal will trivialize the education and employment aspects that are currently a challenge. We may do so in a simpler version of the game.
