As usual i have come to cram more than one idea into the poll. Firstly, i propose that a definitive list of the weapons in a country (Deployed AND Un-deployed) be added to a section in the war page. This would aid all presidents immensely in being able to take stock of what they have, and what needs buying. Whilst 'discovering' 20,000 interceptors in your country is nice, it is not an efficient way of warring :P
