Detailed Description:
I was just thinking, you know, just an idea to throw out there..... That if you're attacked by a large empire and they are beating you, you could surrender and become a vassal state.....
You would give some of your resources to them and they would protect you like you're part of their empire, but you would remain largly autonomous and would really still control your own country.....
Just a Thought.....

This is a suggestion to add a new game form, of half independent sates within an empire. It will be a large addition to the game as all features must be updated for the new game form.
We are not so sure right now that there is much interest for this and we have so many features that were voted on before. So we will keep this in mind but we will also try to develop some of the previous requests.
