Detailed Description:
I know there have been several requests for better help for noobs, but how about a little user comments section in the pop-up info? Then the community would write the help. I know we have a forum now, but things get lost and mucky and have to be bumped up all the time. It can be temporary for the parts of the page that have inadequate info, or something. I agree that the community can have problems (with spam, etc.,) but I think it's better than nothing and maybe not so hard to change.

We have the help screens for new players, there are many game documents and there are sites, including Wikipedia, the TNN site and "The church of Simcountry" that provide even more info. These sites are developed by players.
We will start adding screen casts that will visualize many functions and help new players.
