Detailed Description:
A number of polls have commented on how unclear these polls are!
I propose allowing the radio button comments to be amended. You would still type your speech here, but then you could amend the line of text by the button for the yes vote. There would be set text saying "Vote YES for..." then 80 characters or so of user input.
Vote YES for : allowing the pollster to edit the answer line ( and that is 45 characters)

The voting system will require more experience before someone can submit a proposal. Adding text comments can also be done on the forum. There was a previous proposal suggesting that voting proposals will be add to the forum.
