Detailed Description:
I cannot believe it when I attempt to transfer military units from one country to another and I'm only allowed just a tiny fraction of the original units I tried to transfer. If it is our own country and our own goods then we should be able to transfer all we want between the countries. I propose the gamemaster remove this limit.

We will remove many of these limitations. In addition, a new free market for direct transactions will be added and will allow such transfers.
