Detailed Description:
When you have an empire and u want to get money to one country it takes a while. I suggest a tax from X country to another country in your empire. This tax would be subtracted from X country's profit (after income and cost) this tax could be limited to 15-20% at most but u decide what u want under that. For the receiving country the money would go under Cash Changes - Year To Date in a new line saying "cash from your empire" Vote yes if you agree with the idea and no if you do not

This is a very complex issue and will require a long development cycle. It will be easier to simplify money transfers between empire members and we will add such a feature to our wish list.
