I believe if newbs cant be allowed to purchase strategic weapons at least build something similar to a testing facility in abandoned countries just see the fun of what powerful weapons are like but not to use to destroy other countries so if you vote yes it will allow newbs to have ULITIMATE WAEAPONS or if you vote no then know you just don't want newbs to have a little more fun and freedom.
