detailed description:
why not make a c3 country be controlled by terrorist but can't have a president like in the real world. the terrorist group could be called al Qaeda.
a country next to it could become friends with it or enemies. civil wars and the army inside of the country fights. the terrorist can not attack you if u declare yourself neutral. just think about. it would make the game more realistic.
