Detailed Description:
Currently the automated ordering of stock for corporations can leave the company in a shortage. On LU the issues are exacerbated by the fact that the market is still stabilizing. I believe we should implement a "Months of Stock" option into the automated system options to allow the user to define when an order should be created. We have resisted such requests for a long time. The reason was performance. Shortening the stock period can increase processing time significantly. We will implement this feature but will introduce a minimum stock period of 6 month and a minimum order quantity of 12 months.
