i think the leader of a empire should be able to impose a tax upon slave countries similar to corporation tax. This tax should based on the profit of the slave country or countries.

This would be an obsolete function as countries in the empire can easily move money between them. There are many important features waiting for resources. We can better add functions that do things that are currently not possible in the game.
