Detailed Description:
Are you tired of going back and forth between pages to see what are the net values of your employment pages ? Well I am. Currently there are 3 different displays of employment. Display 1 : Under education, we can see how many unemployed and how many are needed for 100%. Display 2 : When building a corporation, we get to see (unemployed - needed for new facilities) which means that if you just ordered a corp, the "available" numbers will go down. This does not take into account the "needed for 100%" and gives a false image of the situation in your country. Display 3 : When exchanging workers, we only see how many are unemployed and unless we go to the other country and look under their employment page, we have no idea if those unemployed workers are currently needed or not. My proposal is fairly simple, and has already been suggested in an email long time ago without any action taken. I suggest a) in the education priorities pages, the workers needed for new facilities are ta! ken into account b) that when building new corps the workers needed for 100% are taken into account. c) under the workers exchange screen, only the net value of available workers (unemployed - needed for new facilities - needed for 100% hiring) are showed on the screen so that we have a true view of the current situation. If you agree that this is important, then please agree to this poll. If you wish to waste your time by going back and forth, then disagree, but honestly anyone who graduated high school should smart enough to understand that this is a good idea. Manny
