Hi, If a player has a corporation that produces Quality or Effectivity upgrades, that player should be allowed to sell those upgrades directly to his/her own corporations that need upgrades, without going through the open market. This would be useful in times of shortage. If you agree, vote yes; if not, vote now

We agree. There is currently a problem with these products and we intend to solve it. These products are not freely traded and have many limitations with roots in the initial development of the game. We intend to improve the whole upgrading process and make these products like all others with free contracting.
