Detailed Description:
Just as in real life, I would like to see another security council system of Relief for countries, in the event of a disaster. Money is a good thing, but I see the need for A set number of un-packable relief teams that can be sent to a needy country. I would suggest, and different form of assistance. I would like to see the SC having the power to not only send money, but a set rate of relief teams. If requested and approved by, SC members, and not general voting, because it will take to long, and the country in need, will lose to many peeps in a disaster. But, if decided, by the SC, that 75 school teams, 125 hospital teams, and 200 building teams, can be sent to needy country. However these should be protected from being un-packed and kept, and returned to the SC. This would give the SC more power to react to events on KB, and more influence in the game. I guess a set time of relief is needed too, like 8 game months, then the game auto recalls teams back. If you agree with my idea, vote yes, please!
