Detailed Description:
Due certain flaws in the SC options I propose that the following changes be made. *Message sent to all SC member when a new proposal is made. * The ability to enforce peace between presidents. This will close the loophole where a president can just use another slave to declare war. *The ability to enter unlimited proposals. *The ability to retract a proposal anytime before it's cut-off date. *Ability to leave a comment when voting on a proposal *Ability to change vote (must leave a comment) * A SC "Relief Fund" when players can donate goods (or the SC buys them with cash available) to be able to send to countries that suffer from disasters. Due to only being able to submit a Voting item every 3 weeks I had to clump these all together. If you agree with these proposals to make our Security Councils a effective force to help our woulds vote YES!! if you feel that things are fine the way they are vote NO.
