Detailed Description:
Given the recent events and continuing events on the worlds with the flewis and lh factor, I would propose that the secure mode feature be time based similar to the war protection. A full member would earn time based on play. A new person and a non paying lookie see already have protection. Secure mode is over kill for the problem it was created to correct.
