W3Creative reaction:
We are amazed by this vote. We are answering most emails although it may take several days. Real problems are always taken care of and many times we solve problems on the day they are mailed to us. During very busy periods, non urgent messages may take longer to be answered.
There are users who mail us suggestions. They should bring these suggestions to a vote but they prefer to mail them directly. We always keep good suggestions but in most cases we do not answer these mails as we have created a channel to submit suggestions by voting.
There are also users who mail a problem and whatever we answer, we immediately get more mails. Even if the answer is that the problem is solved with thanks for alerting us, we immediately get more. The faster we answer, the more mails we get. Well, there is a limit to what we can do.
There is no way for us to continue the development of Simcountry and answer mails all day long. Many game masters never answer any mails, and everyone who played around on the internet knows it.
We are interested in the communication because we want the suggestions and we want to use them in improving Simcountry.
So please, use the voting system for all your suggestions. Mail us directly is you see a new problem we have introduced in one of the game updates and we will fix it immediately.
Feel free to mail us suggestions, short and clear, but in such cases, do not expect an answer but be sure, we are looking into all the suggestions and we take them seriously. If you want a reaction to your suggestion, put it to a vote and we will always react.
Most of the additions to the game recently, from boosters to planned improvement in the war game, changes in limitations and many other functions are all based on suggestions by users, both from mails we have received and from the voting system.
