Detailed Description:
A country/enterprise can win an award once every 9 months if it is ranked as one of the top in its world. Once it wins an award its rank drops down to the bottom of the list. I believe this system is misleading to all and unfair to the top players. Instead of ranking them last, couldn't ineligibility for an award be shown in a different way? Such as an astrick by their rank or by changing the text color of the country/enterprise name? Vote Yes if you would like to see the countries with the top scores ranked at the top. Vote No to keep the current system.

The period is now reduced to 6 months and the countries show on the Hall of fame. We could de-list them from the country list altogether and let them feature on the hall of fame only for the period of six months.
