Detailed Description:
There should be an option added that allows you to search for countries by President in addition to name. When a President is defeated in war, they will often register a new country in the old vicinity, and begin to build a revenge military. Allowing Presidents to search for countries via President name will increase the chances of gaining intelligence and awareness of this type of situation before a war declaration.
